Main Board Listing Rules-HKEx

In June 2010, HKEx updated Main Board Listing Rules for mineral companies(including oil and gas companies). Chapter 18 in new rules includes Conditions for listing of new applicant Mineral Companies, Contents of listing documents for new applicants, Statements on Resources and/or Reserves, etc.
