UNIWE issued PRMS standard CPR Report for Strong Petrochemical

According to the announcement released by Strong Petrochemical Holdings Limited (00852. HK), a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 26, Strong Petrochemical signed an agreement to acquire the equity of Pan-China Resources Limited. Pan-China Resources Limited owns 100% working interest of the Product Sharing Contract of Kongnan Oilfield in the Bohai Bay Basin of China and a portion of the rights in Block Zhou 13 of the Zhaozhou Oilfield in Daqing area.

Uniwe International Energy Limited has issued a Competent Person's Report (CPR Report) for oil and gas reserves and value assessment in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and PRMS standards for this acquisition. Uniwe has been the only company registered in Hong Kong that  issued CPR and reserve reports for oil and gas projects according to listing rules in Hong Kong up to now.
